  I came to eat here & this is my cleanest & most helpful service experience I've had in quite sometime at a shakeys I've had the pleasure of being served by  Malinda & her wonderful younger coworkers  bringing the best hospitality & kindness.  I definitely will always come back to eat here at this shakeys I'm very appreciative & my food is quick hot and very tasty I recommend this location to everyone who enjoys a good tasty pizza and mojos

  We hadn't had Shakey's pizza for over 20 years. Today we heard an ad for 65 cent Mojo Potatoes.  
  
  The pizza was fine and the Mojo brought back memories. They were great. Crispy outside and tender inside. A+ on the spuds. The half order for their special 65 cents was more than enough for two of us
  
  We may be ordering the Mojo again. Yumm

  We have only been here a few times for our end of season soccer team parties. They get really booked up fast, so reserve ahead of time instead of waiting towards the end of the season. We like to snag the back patio so the little kids can run amuck without getting in other people's way. This past party, our assistant coach was continuously told to call back to reserve for our party because they were busy. Not very good customer service. When he complained about it to me, I called immediately and asked for a manager. I don't remember her name, but she was a little testy at the beginning of our conversation, but I booked it in less then two minutes. They also consider Friday to be apart of the weekend so the kids won't get their free team pizza if you book for a Friday. Just an FYI.
  
  Prices are decent, I believe they offer a military discount, their fried chicken is surprisingly really good and we just discovered their white chicken pizza with mushrooms and cilantro which was also legit. The kids love the arcade room and that seems to keep them busy for awhile. Once you're there, service is always quick and awesome as well.

  I just really wanted to I think MELINDA and tATUM for helping me they were very great and I specially want to give things to the manager she help me out I was completely satisfied and talk about multitasking she is such a hard-working woman from what I seen...

  My family usually likes going to Shakeys in Temecula,  but last night was a different story.  The place was busy and lots of staff running around but the place was an absolute disgusting mess.  Many tables not cleaned, food and trash on the floor. I asked a young man if he or someone could clean a table for us.  He told me, "there is nobody there to clean tables", and walked away.  I went to the front and asked for the manager.  I was informed she was on a brake.  She was outside smoking.  The young girl I spoke to only had excuses so I insisted on speaking the manager.  By this time, it had been 15 minutes from when we ordered our meal. It took 3 minutes for the young girl to get the manager.  The woman who said she was the manager gave more excuses with nothing to offer to correct the issue.  
  
  If I was the manager with not enough staff, I would be not taking a smoke brake but helping clean the dining area.,  there were people in the dark in the outside covered dining area. The manager finally turned the lights on for them.
  
  Our food did arrive hot and well prepared but it was 25 minutes from our original order.
  
  We will not be going back.  If the manager doesnt care how her place represents Shakeys then neither do we.
  
  If you want to be treated poorly and your money taken and have to eat in filth, then Shakeys in Temecula is your place to go.
